Ritchie’s Welding Inc.’s shop is a state-of-the-art 10,000 square foot facility that includes two 5-ton overhead cranes, a 10’ computerized brake and 10’ shear, 2 piranha iron workers, angle and pipe benders, various band saws and numerous welding stations. Our facility’s welding stations are equipped with state-of-the-art aluminum & stainless TIG & MIG machines & steel Metal Core, Flux Core and Solid wire (MCAW/FCAW/GMAW) machines. Our most recent & exciting expansion includes a plasma robotic beam line capable of drastically cutting production costs. Complicated manual cuts & copes are a thing of the past.

50 Foot Paint Booth
We also own a 50’ paint booth and a sandblast facility, offering 1-stop shopping to all our customers. Although we only offer sandblasting services during the summer months, our paint booth is equipped to function year round. Our secured yard is stocked with most commercially available materials, saving you the customer valuable time and money by shortening the timeline required to procure materials on most jobs. Safety
We take safety seriously, both onsite and in the shop. Our foremen have been with us for decades, upholding our strict safety morals and training inexperienced welders and erectors to embrace our values. We are locally owned, with an office staff composed of engineers, project managers, estimators and drafts people, as well as front desk staff, an operations manager and a CFO.
